RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].

In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return an item for a reason not resulting from an error by NOME DA LOJA, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is initiated by the customer, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These costs depend on the express courier company you choose.

REFUNDS
